Information on financial aid for our summer programs.
The Academy offers limited need based financial aid for our Beijing, Nantes, and U.S. locations to families making less than $150,000. Financial aid funds are awarded on a rolling first-come, first-served basis. We encourage families who rely on aid to apply early during the enrollment cycle. Please register over the phone so we can waive the down payment fee: 888-216-0135.
- Families who have currently enrolled but not submitted their financial aid application will be given until February 15 to submit their materials. If we have not received the financial aid materials at that point (or a request to extend the deadline), families will be charged the normal $395 deposit and put on our payment plan.
- New families who enroll and request financial aid will have 30 days to submit their financial aid materials and application. If we do not recieve materials by the end of the 30 days, families will be charged the $395 deposit and enrolled in our payment plan.

Scholarships Offered by our Partners
Additionally, the Academy in partnership with QFI (Qatar Foundation International), offers scholarships to Arabic students who need financial aid and / or demonstrate significant academic and language achievement.
The QFI grant provides funding for deserving students interested in studying Arabic. To be eligible, students must qualify for financial aid and be able to continue their Arabic studies after participating in the Arabic Academy.
Applications for the QFI scholarship are coming soon.!
Does an application for financial aid affect my chances of being admitted to the Academy?
The Academy’s admission process is “need-blind.” This means that Admissions does not know of your family’s finances when your application is being assessed.
What is need-based aid?
Need-based aid is intended to help defray the cost of Academy attendance for families in need and is awarded on a sliding scale. Available funding is limited with the purpose of helping as many families as possible who demonstrate need. We encourage those interested in receiving aid to apply as soon as possible.
When will I know if I qualify?
After acceptance to the program has been received and your completed financial aid application has been submitted, a decision will be issued in no more than two weeks.
