Who should I speak to if I cannot access my account?

First, try clearing your cookies or using a different browser. If you still cannot access your account please contact someone via the live chat feature if available or send an email to​ and we will be with you as soon as possible!

What should I do if I am trying to complete the application and my session keeps crashing?

Check your browser. Chrome does not work well with our system since it requires Adobe Flash Player. Instead, try using Firefox, Explorer or Safari.

What should I do if I have submitted all the application materials, but my status still says incomplete?

It takes several days for the system to process paperwork. If you just recently submitted your forms, check back at a later time. If the application continues to be marked incomplete, please send email us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if the application is forcing me to pay the entire amount before I even finish applying?

Early in the application process a screen will list the deposit and tuition payment. However, if you continue through the application, one of the final pages will enable you to pay just the deposit if that is all you wish to pay at this time. This can be rather confusing, so please do not hesitate to contact our live chat admin or email us at if you require additional guidance.
